Description
Boil
Do not defrost, bring frozen dumpling to boil. Cover the pot for 30 seconds, then add ½ cup of water & simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Dumpling is ready to be served.
Pan-fry
Follow instructions as above. Then pour water over cooked dumpling to cool it down, drain the dumpling after cooling it. Pan fry the dumplings for 1 minute, then add 1/3 cup of water and continue to pan fry to 1 minute until the bottom of the dumpling turn golden-brown. Pan-fry dumpling is ready to be served.
无需退冰水滚放入冰冻水饺不停搅动到水滚起时转小火盖盖焖半分钟左右再加入冷水半杯盖盖再小火焖2分钟左右见全部浮起并体态鼓起时即可捞起(煮)
方法同上然后即刻冲水到冷却沥干水后平底锅放少量油下锅小火煎1分钟,加入1/3杯水盖盖再小火煎1分钟到底部金黄色即成锅贴(煎)
